Paradisum program has been created in order to help you maximise your experience with us. Designed around your expectations, it brings together the most important attributes you may find missing when using our services without being a member.

Membership is free of charge and once you will have one paid treatment you will be able to enrol in our loyalty program.

Paradisum has a very straightforward structure. It brings convenience and booking priority, the possibility of transferring points between members and of course great discounts. We also give away free treatments every month and they are available only to our members.

Benefits and Rewards

EARNING POINTS

1. Points can be earned for therapies offered at any VORTEX Therapies locations.

2. To earn points a member must be a paying client and meet all the conditions described in this document.

3. A "treatment" is defined as one therapy you as a client receive at VORTEX Therapies. Under these Terms and Conditions, reward treatments (points redemption) do not accrue points.

4. No points are to be earned for just booking a treatment if the client is a No - Show. If the client will be charged a fee for not showing up, then a pro rata amount of points will be credited to the account.

5. Members will earn 10 points for each £1.00 paid for therapies. These points can be used to pay for additional treatments as per the following equivalences:

Deep Relaxation Massage Therapy: 8,000p / 10,800p / 12,800p (1 / 1½ / 2 Hours)

Remedial (Pain & Tension) Massage Therapy: 8,000p (1 Hour)

Detox Massage Therapy: 4,000p / 7,200p (30 Minutes / 1 Hour)

Indian Head Massage Therapy: 4,000p / 7,200p (30 Minutes / 1 Hour)

Hot Stones Massage Therapy: 8,000p (1 Hour)

Thai Massage: 8,000p / 10,800p (1 / 1½ Hours)

6. If members believe that their account is inaccurate, they have to contact VORTEX Therapies by email or regular mail and include in the correspondence copies of previous payments related to the total number of points claimed.

EXPIRATION CALENDAR

Earned points must be redeemed no later than 365 calendar days after the day of the eligible treatment. Records with all points will be updated at the end of each calendar month by VORTEX Therapies and sent to all members by email or regular mail.

REWARD REDEMPTION

Reward requests must be made in writing, by email, regular mail, fax or telephone. Reward Certificates will be issued and dispatched within 48 hours. When requesting the reward by telephone, members are required to provide a PIN Number given when the account was first activated.

The reward may be issued in the name of any person indicated by the member in the reward request.

No reward may be combined with other discounts or special offers, unless otherwise specified by VORTEX Therapies.

Points deducted can be credited back if the reward certificate is not used and returned to VORTEX Therapies.

BOOKING DATES AND AVAILABILITY

Non-members are able to book a treatment for a date less than five days from the booking date for a fee charged on top of the therapy price.

Members can book treatments on short notice, even for same or next day (according to availability) completely free of charge.

DISCOUNTS

Discounted treatments (10% - 70%) will be made available on a regular basis only to active members. All discounted treatments will also be credited points based on the same rule of 10 points for each £1.00 paid.

TRANSFERRING POINTS

Points can be transferred free of charge to other members of our program.

FREE TREATMENTS

A number of free treatments are offered every month. Although almost half of them represent charity work, the rest are distributed to our members. A lottery system will decide which account numbers will receive a free treatment. All winners will be notified by email and a certificate will be issued within 48 hours.

INTRODUCE A FRIEND BONUS

In our business a large percentage of new members come from recommendations. That is why we encourage each member to use their experience with us and introduce us to their friends.

Once a new member has paid for a full price first treatment, we will issue a bonus certificate and send it to the introducing member. The bonus consists of an amount of 1,000p to be added to the reward balance.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

VORTEX Therapies can cancel Paradisum loyalty program any time. All points accrued by this time will still be valid and rewards will be honoured until the expiration.

All data given upon registration and collected during the existence of membership will be protected according to our general Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions documents.

In the event VORTEX Therapies is held accountable for matters related to the use and benefits of this membership, the sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement of monetary equivalent of the points accrued in the account.
